Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as sale items, gift cards, or personalized products may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
